Michael P. Daly is the owner and founder of the Estate Planning Institute.  Mr. Daly has been a New York Life Insurance Company Agent since 1988.  He has a Master of Science degree in Financial Services (MSFS) from the American College and also holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and the Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI) designations.  He did his undergraduate work at the University of Cincinnati.  His thesis topic for his Masters in Financial Services at the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania was “Estate of George Washington”.

Michael has led New York Life Insurance Company’s elite sales force in life premium for six consecutive years. This sales force is comprised of over 10,000 licensed New York Life agents. In addition, he was named 2005 Council President, which is the highest honor New York Life bestows. Mr. Daly specializes in credit union owned life insurance and executive benefit plans for credit union executives.
 
Mr. Daly runs his business, The Estate Planning Institute, from his 75 acre property outside Cincinnati. 
 
Michael founded the Character Council of Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, a non-profit that provides resources and training to schools, government agencies, businesses and faith-based organizations. The Character Council has worked extensively with the Cincinnati Public Schools and the Cincinnati Police Division.
 
Mr. Daly is also the co-owner of Brown County Industrial Park LLC. Brown County Industrial Park is a manufacturing complex on over 126 acres in Mt. Orab in Brown County, Ohio that has undergone extensive development under Mr. Daly’s leadership. 
 
Mr. Daly and his wife Pamela reside in Hamersville, Ohio with their three sons Reed, Seth and Jared. Located on their farm in Hamersville is the “Flash Baseball Complex” which is home to ten select baseball teams (see FlashBaseball.org).
 
Michael P. Daly and his staff focus on two distinct areas:
 
  • High Net Worth Business Owners—estate planning, wealth management*, succession planning and key employee plans
     
  • Credit Unions—deferred compensation executive benefit plans and pre-funding (to offset the cost) of employee benefits.
